These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the idx77 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing the idx77 website or any of its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) with no currency conversion fees. Supported methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 20.000.

Each individual may hold exactly one idx77 account. Duplicate accounts — even registered under different email addresses or payment methods — will be merged or permanently closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be voided.
idx77 uses automated fraud detection and manual review to identify bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, and other forms of play that breach fair-use principles. Accounts found in breach are suspended pending investigation.

Access to and use of the idx77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:
To access the full range of idx77 services, you must complete the registration process via the idx77 Login page. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered to an Indonesian carrier. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes an immediate and material breach of these Terms.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the idx77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different device identifiers, or any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, idx77 reserves the right to close all but the earliest-created Account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate Accounts, and review any winnings generated for potential voiding.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. idx77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
All idx77 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). It is not possible to switch Account currency after registration. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed exclusively in IDR.
idx77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum single deposit, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account Real Money Balance in real time in the majority of cases. In rare instances involving bank system delays, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within 60 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with your transfer receipt.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian national holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes of submission. Processing times may be extended to up to 24 hours in cases where enhanced KYC verification is required or where the withdrawal triggers an automated fraud review. idx77 charges no platform-side withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same legal name as your idx77 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before processing a first withdrawal, you must have completed Level 1 KYC verification (see Clause 5). Funds deposited via a specific payment method will, where technically possible, be returned to the same method before an alternative withdrawal route is used.
idx77 operates a tiered KYC verification system. Level 1 verification is required before processing any withdrawal request and involves submission of a government-issued photo ID (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, passport, or SIM) and a selfie holding the same document. Level 2 verification may be required for high-volume accounts and involves proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days) and, where relevant, documentation evidencing source of funds.
idx77 targets a KYC review turnaround of under 24 hours for standard documentation submissions. During peak periods or where submitted documents require additional review, the process may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email at each stage of the verification process. Unverified Accounts may continue to deposit and play but cannot withdraw until Level 1 verification is complete.
idx77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including mid-session, if our fraud-detection systems flag unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days will result in Account suspension and, where applicable, the return of verifiable deposited funds less any pending bonuses.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by idx77 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn as cash. For example, a Bonus Fund credit of Rp 100.000 requires wagers totalling Rp 3.000.000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Wagers placed with Real Money Balance count toward wagering requirements at 100%; wagers placed with Bonus Funds count at the rate specified in the individual promotion terms.
Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Standard slot titles from participating studios contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack) and video poker contribute 10%. Sportsbook wagers placed at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%; wagers at odds below 1.50 contribute 0%. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other lottery-format games contribute 10%. These rates are subject to change; the current rates are published on the Promotions page.
Bonus Funds not wagered within 14 calendar days of the date of credit will expire and be removed from the Account without notice. The associated wagering requirement will simultaneously lapse. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
Systematic exploitation of bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, group bonus claiming, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion — constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited. idx77 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse, without prior notice.
All casino games available on idx77 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Sportsbook odds are set by our trading team and are subject to change up until market suspension. Live casino games are operated by licensed studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned.
Sportsbook bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton; IESF for esports). In-play markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time. Mix parlay (Indonesian-style accumulator betting) wagers require all selections to win for the full payout; any void selection reduces the accumulator by that leg. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules. idx77 reserves the right to limit maximum bet stakes on any market at its discretion.
Minimum and maximum wager limits vary by game type, market, and Account tier. Current limits are displayed within each game interface and sportsbook market. idx77 reserves the right to adjust individual Account wager limits based on playing history, risk profile, or ongoing promotional eligibility without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the idx77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
idx77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account is being used in breach of these Terms; (b) the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Clause 2; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a fraud, money laundering, or underage access risk; or (d) a legal or regulatory requirement compels such action.
Following investigation of a suspended Account, idx77 may permanently close the Account. Upon closure for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be reviewed. Where the balance is confirmed as deriving from legitimate deposits and fair play, it will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within 10 business days, less any bonuses and associated winnings that are subject to voiding.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to any pending KYC requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idx77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any of the following:
In no event shall idx77's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

idx77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide at least 14 calendar days' notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and sending an email to the address registered to your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idx77 holds its international gaming license. The Platform is operated under an internationally recognized gaming license; however, it is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting.
In the event of a dispute between you and idx77 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Username]". idx77 targets an initial response to formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (WIB). If good-faith negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 calendar days of submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, as designated by idx77 at the time of the referral.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
